10.15.10. I am grateful for attending the Native Hawaiian AHA Conference in beautiful Makaha to discuss with our statewide community the importance of supporting our Native Hawaiian families and keiki involved with foster care.It was so nice to spend the day at a wonderful conference in beautiful Makaha. The sky was blue and the ocean was bluer, it was so nice to be out in the open, meeting people from all over Hawaii discussing and planning for the welfare of Native Hawaiian families and children in foster care. The Hawaiian food for lunch was amazing and I made some good contacts. Friday night was spent with Sonny and grabbing some nasty McDonald's and watching tv. Great!
